INTRODUCTION
In accordance with business canvas model of soft play area concept, the report will
evaluate peer group discussion in which working party and selected people will share their
opinions with regard to improvement in plans of Happy Club. Further, on the basis of argument
and discussion, new BMC model will be outlined which will comprise of the concept of
improvement reiteration.
TASK 2
Peer Group Reflection
In accordance with the present business plans, it can be said that the idea looks creative
and shares different concepts of children soft play area but on the other hand, there are various
changes which are required to be done in order to manage successful involvement of families
and children in club. It is important to divide clubs into three sections which will enable easy
access to soft areas and its activities. The club needs to be focused on reducing gap for children
assistance when playing because leaving child alone with toys and gaming activities is the
riskiest situation because individuals are not aware of hazardous impacts (Brussoni and et.al.,
2012). Like, there are situation when kids take playing objects in mouth which can choke their
breath and also holds the risk of infections due to contaminated playing tools.
The plan needs to be altered where area can be designed for 2 years old children and their
mothers with breast feeding room. This change will help in establishing convenient involvement
of parents with children. Further, to protect interest of mothers and children, the separate room
needs to be designed with complete privacy and security. In addition, in my opinion, serving
breakfast till 5 pm is not appealing because children are vulnerable and can ask for food anytime.
Therefore, it is the foremost concern of parents. However, as per the food services plan of happy
club, I have evaluated that it is important to alter food plans where the children will be served
anytime during their stay in club. Thus, as per the designing and food service discussion, it can
be said that the business idea needs to focus on healthier options in order to serve satisfactory
play area services (Moore, 2017).
As per the finance working team of club, I have evaluated that it is important to develop
different revenue streams in order to gain trust of parents and families for safe playing activities
in club. I have identified that to manage the cost effectiveness, it is essential to hire qualified

staff who can help in supervising children when they play in soft areas. This will help in
managing safe and playing environment for kids which will help parents in leaving their child
alone in club. It is the most effective strategy which can assist in maximizing profits and serving
customer satisfaction. As per the discussion of revenue and cost effectiveness, it has been
outlined that it is important for me to manage safe playing practices for kids in order to enable
safe playing environment at happy club.
Further, the concept of happy club is to establish safe and cheerful playing environment
for kids where parents can relax and enjoy learning of their kids. However, I feel, to make idea
more interesting and effective, we can organise holiday camps at minimal prices. This strategy is
effective for boosting the revenue plans and attracting engaged families to involve with their kids
(Naylor, 2017). The changes in plan of Happy Club in order to maximize profits need to be
planned according to client satisfaction because the sector has become successful because of
increasing demand of children and parents. On the other hand, it is effective because it allows
specific place to hangout which is safe and creative for kid’s learning and playing.
In accordance with customer relationship management, we can also involve loyalty
programs and attractive reward schemes. This will help the club in promoting involvement for
kids and their families in play area. For example: to manage loyalty of families, we can alter
plans of party rooms where certain rooms will be segregated for exclusive birthday parties for
managing revenue in free days. In this, we can offer dance services and creative activities for
children. This improvement will help the club in boosting revenue and will aim at managing
customer relationship.
Moreover, to gain interest of children in learning and playing activities, the club will
manage indoor as well as outdoor playing areas where soft play tools will be available such as
swings, slides, etc. This will be especially for toddlers which will be designed keeping in mind
the safety of children (Olsen and Smith, 2017). The improvement in club activities and plan
according to me is the best strategy because it is helping us in collecting relevant feedback with
regard to changes in order to manage successful alteration in improved canvas model.
Every person can share their views and opinions over present model and its shortcomings
in order to modify plan to manage customer satisfaction and profits. In addition, from the
discussion, I have evaluated that it is important for us to make changes especially in food
services and staff management. According to the views of stakeholders, it can be outlined that

food services are prior concern of families and therefore, the model will be required to alter for
timing of refreshment. As per the analysis, it can be said that it is essential to offer food and
snacks of children anytime till the closing time. Furthermore, supervision of kids is another
responsibility of Happy Club which will help the business in serving satisfaction to families for
their kid’s involvement in soft play area. Supervision of children in soft play area will help in
gaining trust of parents over our services and safety of their kids.
As per the discussion and my evaluation, I feel organising of camps is the value
preposition method which is directly concerned to revenue streams of models. Like the
organising of holiday trips for parents and children will help in developing and promoting value
of club and its kid’s services. On the other hand, it is proportionate to increasing returns for
Happy Club.
Hence, as per the discussion, it has been outlined that there are various recommendations
in discussion for Happy Club which will set as an improvement measure in BMC model. Some
suggestions were increasing inclusion activities for children, effective food services, organising
parties and involvement of families with child learning and playing activities.
