Management introduces as a coordination and organisation of the business activities in
order to accomplish defined objectives and goals. In this report, chosen organisation is Harry
Rosen Inc. which is Canadian retail chain. Company mainly specialise in dealing in selling of
Luxury men's cloths. It is a privately held company in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was founded
by Harry Rosen in 1945. Company operates menswear stores in Canada. They offers casual
wear, including, active wear, denims, pants, casual shirts, shorts and swimwear, polos and tees
and sweaters and knits. They also sell outerwear, including jackets, clothes, leather, and parka.
Along with this, SWOT, Environmental constraints, stakeholders, organisational structure and
design, motivating employees etc. must be used by completing this report.

Strength: Harry Rosen have different strengths such as knowledgeable and skilled
employees, recognised store in Canada, affordable pricing strategy etc. All these are major
strength of an organisation which will help them by increasing customer base and also
maximising market share of company (Bohari, Hin and Fuad, 2017).
Weaknesses: There are different weaknesses faced by Harry Rosen such as lack of
resource, capital and fund in infrastructure, limited advertising and marketing, rising cost of
labours etc. All these weaknesses are highly impact on business performance and profitability of
Harry Rosen. In order to overcome such type of weaknesses, some recommendation are provided
to the company such as they should reduce employee turnover by using different types of
motivation theory (Niederwieser and et. al., 2016). Another important recommendation for
company to should invest resources and time into extensive keyword research.
Opportunities: There are different number of opportunities for Harry Rosen such as, they

2015). Along with this, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's motivator-hygiene theory,
Alderfer's ERG theory and McClelland's three-needs theory are identify as a form of content
theory. All these are essential but Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory is most suitable for Harry
Rosen to motivate their employees by fulfilling its social, physiological, safety, esteem and self-
actualisation needs.
