Tourism as a industry is increasing day by day by taking into
consideration various sectors . Tourism is a concept that is derived
from the Latin word ‘TOMOS’. Tourism is not a industry but is
considered as an activity. It is related to an activity that takes place
when the people move from one place to another for leisure or for a
stay at least for 1 day. In tourism the main important factor is also
related to ride sharing. The tourist who goes for visiting the places
takes into consideration the transport (Stiglic, Agatz,
Savelsbergh and Gradisar, 2015.).

TOURISM INDUSTRY
 Ride sharing is related to the transport that is shared by the passengers. The
vehicle is shared in a form of carpool or vanpool. Car pool is sharing of car
journey so that more than one individual can travel easily. Vanpool is a form
of ride share. Peer to peer ride sharing can be divided b considering the
commercial and also transportation network companies. The companies that
are related to transportation network companies are : Uber X, Wingz and side
car (Teubner and Flath, 2015).
