The business communication is related with the procedure of sharing information

The organisation communication is wide field which comprehend all forms of
communication that allows organisation to grow and connect with stakeholders and contributing
to society. This is dealing and transmitting information between individual and groups in

formal or informal, oral or written communication etc. The effective communication helps in
attaining tasks that is connected with specific roles and responsibilities (Bakkalbasioglu, 2020) .
To have effective communication principle of 7C's is involved which involves clarity,
correctness, conciseness, courtesy, concreteness, considerations and completeness. There are
some general theories of organisation communication which are as follows-
Bureaucracy theory- This theory was developed by the Max Weber which shows high
level of formal structure. In status of communication, this theory is assumptive as
hierarchical approach in which each member has to report to its superior until
communication reaches to top command. In this the communication is structure and clear
by defining the roles and responsibilities. This theory show its effectiveness by strictly
controlling workers, ensures chain of command and promotes principles of workplace
standardization and specification. The use of this theory in Hays travel helps in
