company (Thompson, 2018). The travel agencies
are facing many barriers after the Covid 19
pandemic because of which the people are not
travelling abroad as this is affected the companies
much. Some challenges and barriers of the effective
communication of the Hays Travel are such as
Physical barriers- The travel agency are facing the
challenges and barriers which have impacted these
agencies much.
The people are much afraid by travelling to
the other countries as they have the fear as
they may stick to that country because of this

They feel that every person might not
