INTRODUCTION
The hospitality industry refers to those business organization that are concerned with the
providing services to the customers. Mainly range of hotels and services are covered under the
list of hospitality industry. The Hazev restaurant is a UK based restaurant which was found in the
1999 by Mr. Onder Sahan. The present study includes a brief review of various internal external
factors having effect over the business of the restaurant. Further the study also provides an
analysis of numerous current and potential trends of the hospitality industry which may affect the
business of the overall hospitality industry.

PESTLE analysis helps a business in analyzing various external factors of the business
that can effect the business operations of the company. PESTLE analysis of the Hazev restaurant
is as under:
Political factors:
A restaurant business gets too much affected by the political factors of the country. The
political changes result in changing the regulations and rules applicable over the business. Due to
such changes the restaurant also needed to change its policies and procedures accordingly (Arif
and Hossin, 2016). Frequent change in the policies and procedure of the business may result in
reduction in the efficiency of the business. In this regard this factor have influence over the
Hazev restaurant.
Economical factors:
These factors include the inflation rate, spending power of customers, saving rates in the
country, etc. these factors affects the sale of restaurant. In case the saving rate of the population

In context to the hospitality industry, the Hazev restaurant needs to implement
amendments in the business with a view to retain the customers with the company for long time
and sustain in the market as well. In this regard, the restaurant is needed to conduct a market

With the help of trend analysis of the hospitality industry, the restaurant has analyzed the
