Explain how expert systems distribute expertise?
An expert system refers to a set of software that uses databases, which uses databases of expert
knowledge or make choices in different fields like medical diagnosis. The expert system
distribute expertise by artificial intelligence, it imitates the reasoning and humanly advices
(Krishnamoorthy & Rajeev, 2018).
Is every website a form of global IS? Why or why not?
All the websites are not global IS which means that the data of all the websites cannot be used in
global context. As some of these websites, hold patent rights for instance the websites of a
specific institution, department, educational system etc. do not share the information on
international of global level (Htet & Cassar, 2017). It is to be noted that there are some websites,
which can be used at global level like GOOGLE and other search engines.
What is business intelligence?
Business intelligence refers to a software system comprises architecture, technologies and
processes which is helpful in converting raw data into meaningful complication. Business
intelligence transforms the data into actionable intellect and knowledge. The BI leaves a direct
impression over the organization’s strategies, considered and functioning business decisions. The
concept supports and promotes factual based decision making rather than giving importance to
the prediction and feelings (Delen, et al., 2018).
