It has been seen that real estate developers in Australia had to face various
problems due to the rapid increase in demand of the household structures. These
changes can be attributed to the livelihood of the people as well as the demography
of the nation. In the words of Hayes (2018), change in the manner of work is
inevitable and that real estate companies need to undergo a massive development
to meet the needs of the people. The report takes into account important information
related Sky High real estate developers and the manner in which the company can
fulfil the demands of the people.
Research on Sky High real estate developers show that the demand made by
the female population in Australia is the cause for the changes taking place in the
real estate development business (Abs.gov.au 2019). Hence, it is necessary that Sky
High remain aware of the demand made by the customers along with changes in

Australia are also possible reason for the changes in the real estate business
(Quickstats.censusdata.abs.gov.au 2019). These changes can be attributed to the
demands made by the people so that real estate development can take place.
Therefore, for the research, on Sky High real estate, the problem, which can
be associated with the company, can be predicting the demand of the population in
the future. The major problem has been the sudden rise in the population and the
changing role of the females in terms of living a proper livelihood. Therefore, the
problem can be associated with the market research that is required to be
undertaken. Thus, the factors that are the reasons for the problems include
demographic, female empowerment as well as population.
2.2 Planning the research design
The research design can include the collection of data via primary as well as
secondary analysis. According to Bryman (2015), primary data refers to the
collection of questionnaire and of conducting interviews so that experience of the
people can be reported by direct interaction. In the case of the secondary analysis,
research is made by collecting information related to books, websites as well as
journal articles. For the research, the application of primary is done so that reaction
of the employees working at Sky High can be analysed.
However, for the research, the application of secondary research can be done
so that information can be gained about the changes that take place in the real
estate business. The secondary data analysis can help in relating the problems and
the factors associated with that of the responses from the employees. At the same
time, detailed information can be gained so that mitigation of the problems can be
proposed for Sky High.
