INTRODUCTION
Culture safety is a process where organisation try to protect their employee and the way they
are doing work. It is all about people and how they are working in a team with proper safety. In
recent time where technology advancement has increased it becomes necessary to protect and
safe guard the employees. There are two main components of safety culture these are:
1) Culture safety is about employee’s values, attitude and behaviour that they are following
in an organisation.
2) Culture safety is about spreading positive values and beliefs in an organisation.

There is need for a good safe culture as it helps the company to manage their operation in safer
way so that employee productivity can be enhanced. With the help of safe culture managers can
boost the morale of their employee towards their job. Employee motivation helps in increasing
their job satisfaction and to retain in the business for longer duration. Risk is also being
minimised in organisation very operations are doing in safer manner. Poor safety in an
organisation increases the chance of getting accident in the company (Chakraborty and Ganguly,
2019). This will create problem for the company as employee will not feel safe and their
satisfaction will also be low. Some of the problem that can be faced by organisation where
culture safety is low are Frequent burnouts, conflict, poor productivity and many more. In
