Organization Background
HCL Technologies is an IT consulting firm that relies on innovation in technology, business
values, and team collaboration & thinking as the core values. The company has installed
centralized system to make sure that the employees have access to these systems. Web
applications and systems are the primary products that the company deals in along with
engineering & business services (Hcl, 2019). In order to remain active in the market and
continue to have enhanced market shares, it is necessary that the new business initiatives are
taken. HCL Technologies has also taken the initiative and is planning to launch the data tools
for the enhancement of file processing systems (Hcl, 2019).

Overview
The system proposed for the organization is the launching of the data tools for data
