Introduction
EuroAir is a Netherland based organization that provides low cost carrier service. This
organization has experienced a drastic success and has been experiencing expansion ion the scale
of business that it has been making. The organization expects that there will be a growth in client
number in next 5 years. Hence wise they have been looking for expanding their business center
so that they can accommodate higher number of employees. This report discusses about the
scope of the project. Proper reviewing of the scope of the project is also performed in this
section. Proper proposition of in scope and out scope is also provided. Risk assessment is also
performed in this project. 8 major risks have been identified and hence wiser their mitigation
strategies are provided as well. Milestones that are to be followed for completion of the project is
also stated. Proper recommendation for better execution of the project is also performed in this
section.
Reviewing project scope
Project Scope
Scope of the research is to relocate the existing office base from a location that is close to
the Schiphol Airport, located in Amsterdam to a location where they will be able to
accommodate more employees as they intend on expand as a business organization. Scope of the
project also includes decreasing the cost of rent payment.

Discuss issues present in the scope and specification of the project
There are few instances that must be specified to the agent before he starts his search.
These instances includes the likes of the location that the administrative body wants to set up
their office. Another aspect that is to be conveyed includes informing the agent about the cost
that the organization and administration body can provide for setting up of the new office. The
number of employees that they want to accommodate in the office premises is also to be
conveyed to the real estate agent. These are the key requirements that will be efficient for the
agent to understand the stature of real estate he needs to look for.

The 8 risks that might occur during the execution of the project are as follows: -
1. The time frame provided is very less. 6 months is the allotted time that is provided for the
completion of the project. In this case time that will be required for completion of the
project might be more than 6 months and hence in that case the project will be marked as
a failure (Gerdenitsch, Korunka and Hertel 2018).
2. The administrative body wants to decrease the cost of rent that it pays in the current
situation which might acts as a problem as they are looking for having a bigger
workspace (Pritchard and Frøyen 2019).

3. There might be transportation issues for the employees as at this moment the employees
have been working in the center section of the city. This shifting of location for near
about 30 kilometers will be imposing a high impact on the efficiency of the employees.
4. As EuroAir provides low cost carrier service, the cost that will be incurred in the
relocation might be affecting the price chart and hence wise revenue collection process
will also be getting affected.
5. Staff recruitment issue will also arise in this case. As the location that they have been
selecting will be highly interior as per the present location and hence wise recruiting new
employees will be getting difficult as the number of people applying for the job will be
getting low as the location is not one of the prime locations (Jancey et al, 2016).
6. The clients who are not well connected with the organization via digital platform might
face issues in connecting with them in case of any issues. This lack of proper manual
communication will also be affecting the client retention process. Hence wise this will be
affecting the revenue collection process drastically.
7. As the administrative department are planning to shift to a location that is nearly 30 km
far from the present location a different set up connection will be required, i.e. separate
internet connection is to be subscribed. In case the network that is taken for internet
purpose is not secured, data breach can occur. This will also be acting as a threat.
8. Planning issue might be present. In case there is planning issue, the entire process will be
a failure.
Actions to minimize the risks

1. Proper initiation stage is needed to be implemented. In case proper initiation process is
performed and proper scope and objective development is made, the issues regarding the
time frame issue can be mitigated (Hallman et al, 2018).
2. Proper research is to be made by the agents in order to get the office set premises as per
the requirement. The time that is to be allotted in the scheduling section must be high.
3. Residential set up is needed to be implemented for the employees who are already
working in the organization. This will ensure the fact that the employees who have been
already working with the organization will not face any kind of issues regarding
transportation and performing their regular duties (Rothe, Sarasoja and Heywood 2015).
This will not only help in reducing the issues regarding the transportation issue but also
help in increasing the retention of the employees.
4. Proper budgeting is to be performed before initiation of the project. This will ensure that
execution of the project will be highly efficient and financial condition of the
organization will not be getting affected in a negative manner.
5. For mitigating the issues regarding mew recruitment the main aspect that is to be
considered is that personalized transportation system is to be introduced. This incurs the
fact that the new aspiring employees will not be facing any kind of issues in reaching the
office premises (Rolfö, Eklund and Jahncke 2018). Hence wise the goal of expanding as a
business organization will be performed.
6. Create a digital portal for each and every client and perform proper marketing of the
relocation of the business organization. This ensures that the clients will be getting
accustomed to the new location of the organization (Fatorić et al, 2017). This will ensure
that the issues regarding lack of communication with the clients can be mitigated.

Another instance that is to be considered is that with having digital portal being created
repetitive bookings can be made. Keeping the clients accustomed with the new offers are
provided in their travel will help in increasing client base as well.
7. Implementation of firewall will be helping in increasing the robustness of the network
system. This will prevent unwanted access of the imposters in the network and hence
wise the data that are present in the network system will be protected and there will be no
chances of data breach issues.
8. Planning is needed to be performed with proper research. Both primary and secondary
data collection and analysis method should be performed for collecting data with high
accuracy. This will be increasing the accuracy of the planning process and hence wise the
result that will be received after implementation of proper planning will be highly
efficient.
Contingency plan
In case of the Contingency planning the main aspect that is to be performed is that proper
transportation facility is to be provided to the existing employees along with the aspiring
employees. This is one of the major aspect that acts as a risk for the success of the relocation
project. Getting professional IT help to perform proper data transaction process will be highly
beneficial. The chances of data breach that is present in the functional process will include the
fact that proper assessment of the data that are transacted will be safe. The IT professional team
will be keeping a backup of the data that will be required for future instances (Rolfö 2018).
Proper research is to be made for proper assessment of the in depth knowledge regarding the
transportation process. Proper coordination in between the plan that is made and the execution
that is being performed will be made. Generation of the master move schedule with keeping

that might get generated includes the fact that proper assessment and communication with clients
will also be acting as a major issue. Despite the issues that are present in the section there are few
mitigation steps that are to be implemented. Proper implementation of firewall in the system is
also important in the process. This will help in decreasing data breaching in network system.
Again providing proper residential facilities to the employees who are already employed will be
acting beneficial as well. Again with the recommendations that are stated the processing can be
made more efficient and the issues that are present in the process will be decreasing.

The recommendations that can be provided for mitigation of the issues are as follows: -

 Proper development of the scope will also be acting as an important aspect
