Use Case Diagram

(Source: Created by author using Ms Visio)
Description: The use case diagram of the Headspace Management is shown above (McGorry,
Bates & Birchwood, 2013). It consists of Finance Management Team, Market Management
Team, Record Systems Team, Doctors and staffs and the Receptionist. The receptionist gives the
admission to the patients that come for the admission. The doctors that are available are
appointed to the patients (Gwinner, 2016). Also the tests that are prescribed by the doctors are
appointed by the receptionist and accordingly time is given to the patients. The receptionist
needs to login in the system every day. The amounts that are received from the allotment of the
bed and for the operations that are to be held are the income of the system (Van Dyke, Rickwood

& Telford, 2015). All the income and the expenditure that goes out from the system are
maintained by the Finance Management System (Poon et al., 2016). The staffs that are associated
with the Headspace system have to login the system every day. They also draw the salary from
the system. The doctor sees the patient and does the treatment accordingly (Bunzli et al., 2015).
The work of the record system is to add, delete or any edits that are required for the system or
any change in them. The information system keeps the record of the beds that are allotted to the
patients, the information of the patients and the reports of admission and discharge of a particular
patient (Hamilton et al., 2016). The Marketing Management Team deals with the families and
carers of the patients and the queries they have related to the system services.
One of the important use cases that can be identified in Headspace Management System is the
Marketing Management System (Christensen et al, 2013). All the queries that the family member
of the children and the adolescence have are all solved by the marketing team. The services that
are provided by the Headspace are promoted by the marketing management. All the questions
and queries that the customers have regarding the treatment process and the payment mode
process are all answered by the Marketing Management Team.
Conclusion

report, all the system of Headspace has been highlighted that helps in coordinating the work. The
types of stakeholders that are related with the Headspace are also studied using a stakeholder
map. The duties of the stakeholder and the reason for their interest in the system are described
