Record Patient Health: The first person to check the patient will listen to the story of the
patient and record it to the system.

Scenario The psychiatric, General practitioner and psychologist have to
register within the headspace system so that they can use it. The
IS will provide a unique login id along with a password after the
registration is complete. The password can be changed later.
