Astra Plc is a small firm that specialises in vitamin and mineral supplements for food. In the next
three months, the business plans to introduce a new health and fitness app to expand its portfolio.
This app will provide help to people in finding their health problem and managing the different
ways to cope up with it and get the best medication. The following Gantt chart will help to know
what time will be taken for completing the analysis and knowing the needs and requirements of
people.
Healthed app
It's more than simply what you eat or how often you go to the gym when it comes to your health.
Meditation has been shown to lower stress and improve general happiness, and the Healthed app
provides a simple and enjoyable way to do it. The app lets you choose from a variety of brief
guided meditation sessions based on your mood and lifestyle. The library offers a wide range of
programmes to aid with sleep, anxiety relief, and stress management. Although session lengths
vary, individuals can de-stress for as little as a few minutes at a time.
