we used in the planning of launching event related to health and beauty. We used some
resources, tools for advertising such as billboards, monitoring tools. All these tools helped us out
in making this event effective. It can also help in making this planning successful and on the
right track. With the help of monitoring tools such as KPI and others we measured effectiveness
of plan and requirement of improvements.
Analysis: There were some areas in which I was lacking behind. Some areas that I found while
working on this event which I need to improve include: time management and flexibility. When
some changes occur in planning and other external factors then we became bound to change our
way of performing. But due to lack of ability to adapt things, I became frustrated and took too
much time in changing ways of performing. It increased my overall time of completing
performance. So, I want to improve both these areas for taking advantages in the future.
Conclusion: It can be concluded from the overall study that practice makes a man perfect and by
making planning before launching an event, we have to discuss several factors. Consideration of
all these factors makes people successful.

development plan. This plan can help out in increasing all skills as it suggests appropriate tools
by which we can improve out areas.
