When parents understand and get involved in physical activity on daily basis then they also
encourage their children to do same. Developing a system where physical activity for 60

minutes is compulsory is important for living a healthy life, this campaign created sustainable
process by promoting group activities. People may find daily exercising mundane specially
when they are doing it alone at home. But, campaign like “What moves you” allow people to
sweat and provide strength to their immune system. They change lifestyle of members by
motivating them to stay active. Sometime people do not like particular sports, this campaign
has many sports activities which allow participants to choose something of their interest.
Task 4
Changes in campaign over the years
One of the most important aspects of health is physical activity. There are various
ways through which human can involve in physical activity like going to gym, sports,
exercise, Yoga etc. There was a time when sports and gym was not in mainstream as prior
one was considered for only professional career of kids and later one was known for only
body building. But gradually campaign relating to these activities changed as many people
improved their strength by getting involved in these events. Another change that can be seen
today is that earlier campaigns were mostly organised for people with specific problem like
obese. But now most campaigns target normal audience by alarming them about
consequences of being physically inactive. They did not only tell importance; they also
provide some suggestions so people can take interest. Although, most of the private campaign
are used for earning money by enrolling more people but now government campaigns are
free. Earlier money was not at the centre and people were targeting limited group (Chau and
et al., 2018).
Task 5
Strengths and Weaknesses of Cholesterol test
Health can be measured by test cholesterol level. If report does not sound good, then
it means that the chances of heart disease is high. Cholesterol is good for body but if it is not
controlled through diet and exercise then it can develop fatty deposits in blood vessels. Key
strength of this test is that is provide information about heart, most important part of human
body. It also provides information about other crucial things like overweight and diabetes.
Cholesterol tests has some weaknesses, it does not provide information about basic things
like ideal weight, height and body fat. This test is too technical that it is not available for
every individual as people only related to heart disease can understand its relevance.
