Mention the differences between personal values and professional ethics and how a professional
worker deal with patients.
Personal ethics mention that ethics that a person recognise with respect to situation’s of
people that a doctors deal with ordinary lifetime. On the other hand the professional ethics that a
worker should observe regarding to their connections or corporate dealings in their professional
life. In some cases, professional and personal ethics might clash or cause a moral battle (Walshe
and et. al., 2016). For example: Mr. Jakalak may not individually trust that the course of
treatment of Mrs. Sandra who is suffering from severe back pain chosen is right one. Therefore,
under the code of ethics in UK, they should respect their privileges, autonomy or freedom of
selection of the patient.
Today, the doctors has demand to get knowledge and awareness that regarding
professional values as standards to gives high quality ethical care. Mr. Jakalak the perspective on
professional values impact decision making and the care of Mrs. Sandra by the medications and
some physiotherapy as well as exercise. Hence, the present scenario aimed to essential or
perofessional values from the perspective of the doctors. Basically, ethics are their sense or
wrong or right.
Strengths and weaknesses of the interplay/ meeting/interview and future suggestions.
The interview of Mr. jakalak with his patient Mrs Sandra. she is suffering from a severe
back pain and she tells to her doctor all the symptoms about her sorrow. And doctor asked all the

The strength of this meeting is is associated with doctor that Mr jakalak is very polite
doctor. He asked everything about the disease of their patients. He handle in a very effective
manner. They focus too much patients detail. He have a hard time letting go of the matter about
diseases. Doctor get impatient when disease run beyond the deadline. They are more
experienced. He is very loyal towards their patients, hard working, have very excellent verbal
communication, strong interpersonal skills, specific knowledge about the diseases and better
written communication.
On the other hand, the weaknesses of the Mr. jakalak at the time of the interview
sometimes he lack his confidence for example because the low of confidence it might be feel too
unqualified to speak up at an essential meeting to their patients when the thoughts can assist to
their patients for get a aim and goal. Moreover, doctor has problem asking about the diseases, in
this weakness asking about the disease of them is a very good skill and knowledge when it has
lacking expertise in a definite area or feeling burned out that cannot manage the workload
(Mackie and Darvill, 2016).
For the main weakness that Mr. jakalak could have as a professional who are responsible
for the cure, correct treatment, diagnosis and even the life of another human being. It is the
recent deficiency of all around knowledge or training existing in the scenario.
I would like to do differently that I prescribes new and high dose of medicines and firstly
he will consult with Mrs. Sandra about their entire scenario of her disease as well as severe back
pain. I would like to give support and regular specific exercises for their treatment. Because the
back pain will take time to relief it.
As well as I would like suggest that eat inflammatory diet as well as drugs like aspirin
and ibuprofen. Consume more calcium to get strong her bones along with vitamin D. Don't hold
the extra weight. In a every 15 days have to consult with me. Moreover, practice mindfulness
and meditation are famous therapies to relieve anxiety and stress. Quit smoking and alcohol.
