problem. This file will be mainly based on National Health Services (NHS). The founder of NHS

important for NHS that they should be flexible with the condition so that target to reduce
the patient of depression can be reduced. Economic factor: These factor says that there are number of patient who don't have the
money to buy the medicines for having the better treatment. It can be suggested to NHHS
that changes should be done in the field were rates should be changed so that people can
get better treatment facilities of depression because it is one of the serious problem which
is increasing day by day. Government should manage the found for the purpose of
achieving result.

through which they can be able to resolve the problem of depression. Autocratic Leadership: It is one dimension leadership style where powers and authority
is delegated to the single body. In context of NHS, they do have the option that their
leader uses this form of leadership approach where they will not involve anyone that how
