organization. Silver line have to make the plan for operating the business, they have to set the
budget and have to measure the risk and the charity have to managed all the parameters have to
make the decisions and by that all the members of the entity agreed by the decision and this is
decided in conducting in the board meetings (Drummond and et.al., 2015). Silver Line is the
responsibility is to review the financial reports in a month, the rolling budget, financial control
and the progress which against the objectives to be set out on the business plan of the charity.
The company has to compile all the information and the data and keep all the details up to date
that is given by government so that the entity can attain the success in market. Along with this
the firm has to change the policies on the different areas such as Vulnerable beneficiaries, Risk
management, conflicts occur in the management of the volunteer interest and the handling of the
complaints. During the year, the company and the committee has to reviewed the charity of the
financial controls and the mandatory of the banking.
