3.1. Define differed perspective relating to health and social care area.
There are number of the challenges in terms to the healthcare sector in the UK. There are
number of the issues that build up the different perspective of the HSC issue. In this term,
differed perspective will be inclusive of the terms as are national media, regulatory bodies,
includes practitioners, action group and service users etc. There are number of the welfare in the
health and social care (Holland, 2017). In the present scenario, the health of the population is
improving. In this terms, it can be said that the health of the minorities is improving at lower rate
as compare to other segments of the population. It has been challenge that the policy makers and
people practising in medical field have taken various several steps in order to make the
professional terms in the better manner. The labor sector and education system structure in the
accessibility of the employment and the income. Due to the number of the issues in order to
budget the job are in a slow pace.
Different perspectives in the context of health issue pertaining to diabetes is enumerated
below:
By doing assessment it has identified that several social factors may cause of diabetes
issue among adults. This in turn includes, obesity, genetically, housing situation, divorce,
stress, financial issues or problems etc.
In UK, issue regarding diabetes have been found in approximately 3.7 million people.

observing that type 2 diabetes is continuously rising in the state and it is the foremost cause in

programme which is operated collaboratively by NHS, UK diabetes and Public Health England.
The aim of this programme is to help diabetic people and also to those who are on the verge of
having this disease by encouraging them to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. The programme is
tailored as per the requirements of patients.
3.2 Monitoring the differed perspective specific to health and social care.
There are number of the other inequalities that all are associated with the gender,
ethnicity and sexuality. In order to have the reduction in the distribute and detrimental to the
health will be crucial in terms to improve the services in the health sector. In addition to it, this

can be taken in the better and effective manner. In the present scenario, physician of health and
social care services are able to detect the core issues as diabetes and medicine are needed to be

The opinion about the diabetes has changed over the years. Like earlier, it used to be
believed that diabetes strikes after the age of 40 in humans. But after seeing the cases of young
people getting this disease at the age of 25 years has changed the perspectives of people and

now becoming more health conscious because of the growing tendency of suffering diabetes and
this is becoming slightly easier for government and NHS to deal with the problem of obesity and
diabetes.

services that are provided to them as they have a thinking that illnesses do not need to be treated.
However, with recent trends and increase in awareness, people have become willing to accept
such health and social care services. There are some health issues that have been given attention
and organisation offer services that can benefit individuals and keep them healthy (Gardner,
2017). Regular check ups can aid in reducing different illnesses and protect citizens as well.
People from different societies have various view points and look at health issues from different
perspectives.
Due to differences in opinions, healthcare service providers find it difficult to conduct
check ups and provide treatments. They have to provide the right education to people of all ages,
