The project need occurred when there was constant changes in care plans. Thus,
management decided to develop client support plan to provide services according to
their needs. Here, manager of Sinan care ltd. Was involved in it.
Project Scope
This project will help in analysing care services delivered to client. Thus, on basis of it support
activities will be identified and provided. It will help in improving process and reducing waiting time.
The constraints are that it will create a burden on care home to change care plan by reviewing
client feedback.

There are several resources that are needed for implementing project that is defined below :-
Time- the time required to implement client support plan will be 3 months.
Cost – the cost required for this project is around 5000 Euros.
Materials – there are several materials required for project such as software, server, etc. for storing
data and information.
