INTRODUCTION
Business analysis is a process through which research is made in order to identify various
needs of enterprises and to determine solutions for different issues. It helps operational managers
to ensure that changes that takes place in the environment are introduced in most appropriate
manner within the organisation. All the changes are accumulated through analysis and a effective
planning so that different types of modifications can be introduced to the entity. It is performed
at all the levels of organisation so that goals and objectives could be achieved (Abel-Smith,
2018). It eventually helps in planning of all the activities so that operations can be performed as
per plans. Measuring performance against set standards under business analysis and planning
provide best outcomes as per desire of customers. The organisation which is selected for this
report is Victoria Park Health Centre. It is mainly established in United Kingdom and delivering
care services to the customers around the region. The entity have planned to deliver services to
the vulnerable residents as their demand in the market is very high. This assignment covers
various topics such as formulation of business plan, policy landmarks, type and purpose of data

make a business plan which will be provided to senior management, board of directors and local
authority. The budget decided for the same is 2 million pounds and the funding will be received
from social services 400000 pounds per year. The detailed business plan for the same along with
the budget is as follows:

services to the vulnerable residents so that they can get appropriate care services. This plan is
