Interrelationship between the health and community service systems
Also referred to as health care system, a health service system is an organization of
people or institutions that deliver various healthcare services in order to meet the health needs of
the target people. Health service systems are primarily designed in order to plan as well as
provide medical care to people (Durovich. and Roberts, 2018). Different examples of health
service systems include clinics, hospitals etc. and the services that are provided to the people
include diagnosis and treatment, prevention of diseases and health promotion. On the other hand,
community service systems are groups of people that mainly work for the betterment of the
overall community health. Some examples of community service systems include donating old
clothes, providing free education to the poor etc. Both health service systems as well as
community service systems are interrelated with each other (Massuda and et.al., 2018). This is
because if the people living in a community are healthy and educated, they will be able to
contribute to its overall development. But if the community is not properly educated or healthy,
the overall development will get hindered. Therefore, it can be said that health service systems as
well as community service systems work in close relation to each other. The interrelation
between health and community service is direct as there is increase in efficiency of community
services because of helath improvisation.
