under represented? What solutions could be utilized to enhance their participation?
Groups that are considered as under develop represented in sports or other physical
activity that includes woman, people who have various disabilities, low socio-economic groups
as well as people who come from black or other one that are not well-known or popular in
society. As under represented group is defined as the combination of population that contains a
smaller percentage of important subset of groups rather than holding the general population. In
this report the woman in sports with having disabilities are examined. Woman is sports with
having disabilities are aspiring the level of sport competition they have to face high level of
discrimination such as sociated with disability as well as gender (Candeia and et. al., 2017). This
under develop represented group of woman with having several disabilities that affect their
performance and these kind of sports tournaments do not have the high watchable rate so these
remain under develop not appreciated by the society as it need to be.
The group of women in sports with having various physical disabilities and incapacities
are consider in the under develop represented category because all the matches that are are
participated who have less physical strengths, capabilities in compared to other players that
limits their enthusiasm to perform in more efficient manner as well as their matches also not
published on the social media channels and other media that make them far from the reach of
audience (Theodoraki and Messeghem, 2017). From the historical period, women are motivated
to take part in the sports activities such as in cricket, hokey, badminton and many others. In 1990
first time women athletes participants are performed in Olympic Games and so on. Sports
committees ensure the participation of women in the sports, various quotas are providing to them
in order to enhance their participation. It is socially constructed issue that make women who
have some specific capabilities and disabilities to take part in different type of sports in order to
make them self sufficient as well as explore their capabilities.
There are various programmes are conducted by the government and other organisations
to enhance participation of these women in sports who have some physical disabilities (Koo,
2018). There are various promotion and advertisement in order to enhance interest of public that
create help in improving the morale level of players. United nations has declared in the

international year of sport of physical education, it take various corrective actions in order to
accelerate the participation of women regardless of any race or ability has create the opportunity
for them to take participation in the sports activities (Mastro, 2017). Comprehensive and integral
international convention introduced various rules and regulations to protect as well as promote
the right and dignity of women with certain physical disabilities and it also contains the article
that ensure the participation of respective group of women in their interested sports. Various
training and development programmes are also provided them in order to enhance their activity
and performance level as well. Equal rights are provided to them that enhance positive factors.
Lesser as well as simple rules and regulation are maintain that enables the players to particulate
in respective sports and give them opportunities to show their capabilities and competencies as
well. For the underdeveloped group of women who have certain level of disabilities and
insufficiencies various separated sports programmes are conduct that inspire them to achieve
their career goals and motivates them to enhance their performance level also.
As per the above report, it can be concluded that under developed represented groups in
sports contains various sports groups that are under developed or under represented. Women who
have some physical disabilities are the under develop represented group of sports. They have
some disabilities that somehow limits their performance in compare to their respective
competitors and remain them under developed (Moriarty, 2018). There are various strategies and
rules are formulated by the sports committees in order to enhance their participation level also
their performance. There are various other committees are formed that evaluate their
performance and relative issue as well as solve them in proper manner in order to motivate
players and create team sprite to achieve all defined goals and objectives as well.

department physical activity is required to perform all task in defined manner (Yoshihara 2021).
In order to deal with physical inactivity national governing bodies of sports develop various
interventions as well as responses that affects individuals. In sports field it is required that all
players must be fit and physically active to perform in best manner. Various actions and
responses are taken by the organisation to enhance players activity level like test practices related
to the sport, motivate them to achieve defined goals and objectives also conduct various
programmes to enhance their interest in respective sport and take active part. There are various
interventions are exist to remove players incapabilities and inabilities as well. They target the
special group that have capabilities but do not want to work physically. This issue is consider in
every organisation so, it focus on individual by enhancing their working performance (Burnet,
2019). All the government bodies, regulatory organisation is liable for the failure as well as
success of implementation of removing physical inability.
Physical inactivity affect the people health and their participation level in any activity.
There are various interventions are introduced by the government in order to avoid physical
inability factors efficiently. There are clear guideline is being established by the respective
Centre for Diseases Control and prevention as well as by American college of Sports medicine in
order to advice people to be active in every activities and maintain their health level. It is
recommended by the respective organisations that adults have to do at least 30 minutes moderate

exercise. Regular physical inactivity enhance the health risk. There are various interventions
such as international approaches to enhance the physical activities, conduct various community
wise campaigns like mass media and class room based campaigns. Behavioural as well as social
approaches, social supportive interventions (Popović, 2018). These interventions help the
individual or group of person to enhance their physical activity and support them involve in
various activities with interest. Although these interventions are introduces, there are various that
required to change that these interventions are implemented of relative groups as per the
requirement of their situation. These interventions are worthwhile to convert people into
physically inactive to active and remain them healthy. It provides various benefits to the
individual to maintain their health properly, reducing the risk of increasing disease.
In order to concluding the topic, it can be discovered that physical inactivity is the most
impactful factor that affect the health of human being as well as decrease their performance
level. In every field schools, national governing bodies of sports, sport development team,
charities and department of health deals with that physical inactivity accordingly and response in
different manner because every organisation have their own benchmarks (Taylor, Binns,and
Signal, 2017). There are various interventions are introduced by the government as well as
various other organisations in order to reduce physical inactivity and enhance the performance
level on individuals in specific activities.
