Project goals
Goal 1- Create awareness on the state and risk factors of discrimination and violence
against international student Australia within six months.
Goal 2- Creating awareness about the social determinant which include income as a risk
factor to impact the health ineqality within the internaltional sutdents within Australian people
within both urban and ruler Australia within 1 year.
Goal 3- To create awareness about the education that includes a risk factor of health in
equality within large number of population of Australia in ruler Australia within 3 months.
Goal 4- To create awareness regarding health equality that are the main factor of
discrimination in achieving good health of international student within Australian people in both
ruler and urban Australia within 4 months.
Alignment and global goal along with government priorities
It is essential to ensure about the health inequality which should be taken in consideration
and ensure about every individual should get better and more effective healthcare services that
should not based on individual income and education. Due to which, it creates high impact on the
global goals. It is highly essential to take care of a health inequality within the country in all over
the world that can help provide better access to health care services to every individual. Here, the
government should have also some priorities in which they should promote better health care
service to every individual without any discrimination (Agee et. al., (2021)). This can be
effective and can help the large population to achieve better health care services in equal manner
that can also lead to create high impact with better and effective health all over the globe.
By following the aim, it can be essential to ensure about every individual including
international student of the Australia should get a better and equal access to health care services
that should not create anytype of discrimination or neglect while getting health care services.
Every individual from Australia should have the right to get equal health care services with
minimum cost. This can enable them to improve their health and quality of life without any
discrimination. This can also enable global goal to achieve better public health care (Alegría et.
al., (2018)). The government have also the priority that they should get ensure that every
individual is getting better and effective access to help care services without any discrimination.

This can be effective and can help to make the society more effective and help a large number of
population including international student to stay healthy.
Tasks to implement recommendation
For implementing the project goal, it is essential to take care of the diverse range of a
stakeholders that play an important role and delivery of effective and better access to health care
services. This may include various communities that should have better policy that can enable
them to get involve in getting effective healthcare services with equal rights. This may include
getting help care services from the medical places schemes or with the ruler health.

should not create any type of issue and provide
better and positive outcome.
Project deliverable
Through applying this project, it will provide a positive outcome towards creating
awareness about the health inequality. This can be highly effective and can help to aware large
number of the population about the health inequality which has impact on access to health care
services.
There is another project deliverable with includes that creating awareness about the
income level which have a high impact on getting access to health care services which creates
health inequality (Borkowska et. al., (2018)). There are also many international student who are
not financially strong to spend much money on health. In this, there is need to ensure that heatlh
services should be porivided to every individual including internatial student in free or in very
less cost. Due to having low income, people are not able to get a quality of access to health care
services which can lead to create health inequality among those people and not able to receive a
high quality of health care services and treatment.
The project also deliver that Indigenous people are not having the proper knowledge and
education which create high impact on the excess of health care service which can be highly
effective and need to provide quality care of life. In this, though not able to provide education
and the various people are not able to get better access to health care services and utilize the
knowledge and learning to receive the quality of healthcare services (McCartney et. al., (2019)).

Project also delivers the information about creating awareness which can be effective and
can influence large number of the population to getting better and more effective healthcare
services. This can be also included in the different healthcare communities which are highly
associated with providing better impact. There are many healthcare services `are also defined
which should be provided to international student for their better and improved health.

Ethical concern There is need to get consent from the patient
about providing better healthcare services and
ensure about the knowledge.
False information There is need to ensure about authenticate
about the data which should be verified and
should be authentic from different sources

Insufficient data There may be risk of getting very less
information which are not sufficient but should
include different other data to ensure about
confirmation about the data that are associated
with taking care of effective learning about
delivery of healthcare services.

Budget
There is need for a budget which can be asked by the government to provide some money
that's is needed for the completion of project. This may include planning, consumables, staff
salary, training and another cost which are associated with delivering and effectively running the
project for better and positive outcomes along with its evaluation (Donkin et. al., (2018)). There
is need to get some money to perform each and every activity and task to complete it in an
effective way. This require the consumption of financial resources that may include consumable,
staff salary, planning, training and other cost. This can also include various delivery of the
project for better implementation within time.
There are some of the project task which requires large time frame and requires high
budget. This can create high difficulty in increasing the budget and maintaining it more
appropriately (Allen et. al., (2020)). It needs to make better plan that can help to re-frame the
budget more efficiently that it should not lead to creating more than calculated. It is also a need
for better evaluation of the budget that can be effective and include government to provide it in
sufficient time that it can be consumed for completing the project on time for positive result or
outcome.
Evaluation
It is necessary to ensure that project intends goal to achieve through performing the
evaluation which are highly effective and should help to identify the effectiveness of the project
goal. This may include different processes. It is necessary to evaluate the budget and
effectiveness of the project goal (Tiwari et. al., (2018)). This have the aim to create awareness
about the health inequality related with their different factor which have a high impact on
providing each and equal equality to every individual including international student within

Australia. In this, there is need to use different methods for the evaluation that may include
interviews and survey, through getting interaction with health and social care providers and
many more.
Through interviews and surveys, it is need to get communicate with the international
student about the starting of the project which can help to determine the initial state and
condition of the situation. This lead to help better measurement of services in present and after
the implementation of the project. There is need to evaluate about the conductance of
international student which can help to communicate and provide better honesty and trust
towards the response to them.
Through evaluating health and social care providers, it includes the cultural competency
which needed to be evaluated before the starting of the project. This can help in training for part
of the different task at their initial stage and after end of the project that can be effective and can
help to understand the effectiveness of the project. There is need to apply the evaluation method
in more appropriate way that can allow measuring whether a project is a success or failure.
