among bi variate and multivariate regression or motivational determinants and outcomes. As per
the study it was identified that within health sector number of dimensions of motivation has been
timely increased in terms of job satisfaction in financial rewards and facility resources. However,
these motivational factors are very useful in achieving overall moral of employees working
under business organization. In the context of health worker motivation criteria it has been
noticed that every employees must be provided with equal motivation and satisfaction on the
