The opportunity helped me to inculcate various skills during the placement program;
everyone looks forward to get the right shot. Prior to start my Placement, I was nervous and had
no idea how to deal with the interviewers. However, I knew the place of my Placement. I also
looked forward to effectively prepare for my placements so that I can confidently answer the
questions. I focused to learn some of the effective body languages by which I can impress the
interviewers. While going through the study, I also revealed that the interviewers often observe
the truthfulness of the interviewee's answers by their physical behavior. For Instance, The
interviewee should sit on the chair, and their legs should be crossed, which represents that the
respondent is confident. However, I also practiced my speaking skills effectively so that I can
confidently pass my interview process. I was nervous about my first meeting with the team.
However, the manager was friendly enough to introduce me to the team members. I was able to
interact well with each of the members as they were welcoming.
The resources, which effectively helped me to support my transition in placements, were
my capabilities, skills, ability to learn, practice, and my earlier experiences. Moreover, the
learning resources such as journals, books, doctoral dissertations, online resources, and
information technology, along with the research material, helped me effectively during the
transition. It effectively helped me to evaluate the learning areas so that I can effectively meet
the required standard of a student's quality within placements. However, there were several
challenges, which I faced while dealing with the placement environment. For Example, one of
the major challenges of Placement is the aspect of a real-life working environment. It stands a
major challenge towards putting pressure on my comfort zone. However, I looked forward to
overcome it by motivating my personal growth. I also looked frontward to develop effective

knowledge about my responsibilities and job role so that I can effectively practice those learning
into the desired sector or industry.
For Instance, I also face the challenge of arranging my personal and professional life
effectively. However, I overcome it by arranging my task effectively according to the timetable.
It helped me to balance my personal and professional life effectively.
I also faced the challenge of remembering all the tasks, which were provided to me.
However, I started taking notes of the provided task so that I can effectively accomplish my task
on or before the deadline. The horizon of planning was difficult for me, as there were various
kinds of events within the organization. However, it was essential to plan the day effectively
considering the entire event. Moreover, the placement experience helped me to overcome the
situation by planning the events based on their priorities. I was able to develop a close
relationship with the employees and thus develop my skills to execute personal learning at
workplace.
Personal learning had helped me to enhance my personal and professionals skills. It had
effectively influenced me to increase my networking so that I can effectively communicate with
other individuals and increase my communication skill. Communication skills had helped me to
inculcate analytical, problems solving, interpersonal skills, and confidence. With the help of the
skills, I was able to maintain an effective relationship with the other coworkers. Moreover, from
the placement experience, I had gained self-reliance, which had encouraged me to resolve my
own issues and develop myself for my career. Moreover, awareness and information will help
me to grab future work opportunities effectively. Information and awareness will facilitate me
with continuous education and will help me to participate within the professional firms. It will
improve my job performance and will increase my knowledge about the duties, accountability,

and responsibilities. It will ultimately help me to become a better worker and will help me to
succeed in my life. Being introverts, I was unable to execute my feeling openly within the team.
The placement skills; however, it did not meet my expectations regarding job security. I
worked for the organization, which has an effective reputation in the consumer market, and I was
proud to work within that company. However, having an effective security to the job would have
helped me to gain steady employment. Moreover, the effective workplace culture and coworkers
who were congenial, competent, and at the same time, help meet my expectations regarding the
Placement. The transferable skills, which I have inculcated during my placements, will help me
to use it in my future organizations to stand out among my coworkers.
The subjects of the university had helped me to inculcate effective reasoning skills,
problems solving skills, and other personal and professionals capabilities, which had effectively
helped me to put into the practice in Placement. For Example, within the subjects, it was taught
that it is much necessary to resolve the issues, which arise while working into the industry. This
helped to resolve various issues by implementing effective strategies. I had learned into the
university about the real life business in the businesses topics. Moreover, the topics of health
care helped me to promote wellbeing to the clients and quality services. While working for the
placement I always looked forward to ensure that effective cares are provided to the clients and
no one compromises with their health. My knowledge in healthcare sector is beneficial as it
helped me to execute my business strategies in an effective manner. It has been beneficial in
executing my skills in an effective manner. I was able to express my views without any
restrictions in the work place. The friendly environment has benefited in enhancement of my
skills.

Being a good team player was effective for me as it helped me to manage myself into
cross-cultural teams. I was effective enough to manage various conditions and resolve issues
within the team. I was able to contribute self-motivation skill and self-orientation skill while
working into the organization. It facilitated me to work professionally along with the
development of my professional network. These attributes helped me to effectively contribute
towards the organizational success. It helped me to gain better understanding and knowledge
about my job so that I can effectively work on the given projects.
