WHAT IS HEALTH LITERACY

 It helps to promote as well as maintain a good health.

NEED FOR THE PATIENT
FIONA
 Fiona is a 76 years old widow and lives alone in her house almost
independently.
 She enjoyed an active life earlier but recently, after the death of her
husband, her life slowed down a lot.
 Most of the services including hospitals are far away from her house.
 Her father had a stroke in his 70s and lost mobility and speech which
created fear in Fiona as she has no idea about the reason of stroke.
