Implementation of health management application has been increasing. This report will
also include a proper case study that will ensure understanding of the functioning of the health
management application. Projection of the identifying of the purpose pf the project completion
will also be stated in this report. The equipment’s that are required for better management of the
project are also stated in this report.
The local hospital has been planning to develop an application that will be required for
better prosecution of the patient treatment with the help of increase in connectivity among the
patients and the stakeholders of the business organization. The mobile application that is to be
built must be easy on the go as this will ensure the detail that the organization of the scheme will
et achieved higher efficiency.
Identifying the purpose of the project
The reason of using the mobile application are as follows: -
Keeping the doctor’s updated: The mobile health application will help then patients to
constantly update the doctors regarding their physical condition. This will help the doctors in
staying well informed with the projection of health-related issues that are faced by their patients.
Getting accustomed with the demands that are made by their patients are one of the main reasons

 High end graphics must be embedded in order to get a better experience
 Windows 7 must be used.
 Usage of Kony Visualizer (4 GB) and Android SDK (2 GB) must be done.
 64-bit X 86 processor must be used.

 Java SE runtime management must be done (Luo, Dooner & Clarke 2015).
Project commencement requirement
HIPPA risk management should be performed. Robustness of the platform can be
checked with the help of the HIPPA test. Stability of the hardware and software is also

transacting the data can be made safer. This insists the fact that the management of the project
will get performed in a better manner.
Optimization of the pre-launched flow of work must be tested as well. With the help of
efficient optimization better understanding of the project will be performed as well. Deciding the
technique of the launching as per the management of the project will be prosecuted as well.
