The Act provides structure of national health services in England.
It provides various provisions to National Health Service Commissioning groups about
national health care service (O'Driscoll, 2018).
 National Health Service and Community Care Act, 1990:
The act states the duties and obligations of local authorities for providing social care
and support for ensuring that the people who need community care services or any other
support are getting those services.

 Medicines Act, 1968
Medicines Act was formed with a view to provide various provisions regarding
medicinal products and all the matters related to it (Sofat, R., Cremers, S. and Ferner, R.E.,
2020).
Every organization is linked to this act, as every organization have to provide certain
medicines to their patients. This act provides the standards which describes that which
medicine is to provided for which situation.
