when you don’t know, read with students, remain calm at all times, take every opportunity to model kindness,
circulate, address Grudges early on, write with students, model vulnerability, follow through with
consequences and smile often (Richards and Gaudreault, 2016). It is also necessary to consider some of factors
to make safe learning atmosphere including use of every opportunity to model patience, give kids a chance to
