There is a strong connection and relationship between health policy, financial situation of
the country and some legal practices Foth & Holmes, (2018).
Relationship of health policy with legal practices
The man aim of health care related policies and legislations is to promote the health of
the community and patients. In this context laws and governmental officials plays an important
role n helping health care policies to accomplish this goals by respecting human right, privacy
and discrimination Suchman, Hart & Montagu, (2018). The United State is highly complicated
society as they are suffering many healthcare and policy issues. In this context, it can be said that
formal development of health policy is the main preserve of all three branches of the government
such as the executive, legislature and the judiciary. So, it can be said that policies made by the
government in the context of healthcare bind people to give effective services to people and have
strong connection between both.
Regulatory change and legislations
It is stated that governmental laws and practices regarding health care practices plays an
important role. There is an act known as: patient protection and affordable act 2010, which is
encouraging health services as well as other department heads. It is also stated that this act can
pose an economic pressure on some people who are involved in the health care industry. This
unsuccessful of this law can have great negative impacts on decisions related to healthcare that

they can even invest and implement some quality measurement tools. It helps them out in
identifying effectiveness of their services and tools as well. With the help of some payer

it can be said that there is a strong interrelationship between healthcare policies, regulations,
finance and practices.
