The concept of health behavior theory used in the article is subjected to evaluation of public
health along with effects of health promotion intervention. In that connection, the health
behavior theory applied is called cognitive health behavior theory.

This article have applied different levels of intervention. The main dimension applied in this
article involves individual intervention, community and organization of clinic level of
intervention (Mckenzie, Neiger & Thackeray, 2017). These levels forms a multiple levels that
have been integrated to determine the policies needed in public health intervention.

its appropriateness.
The intervention strategy applied in the article is referred as RE-AIM Model. This is a strategy
that tend to conceptualize the effects public health on intervention (Hoerger, Epstein, Winters,
Fiscella, Duberstein, Gramling & Kravitz, 2013).. In that case, the strategy applies five factors
that have been subjected to intervention as a function. These factors include maintenance,
implementation, adoption, reach and efficacy.

activities.
Cognitive health behavior theory applies different dimensions of intervention that developed
intervention activities at different levels. Reach is a dimension that focus on proportion of a
population that have been targeted so as to participate in intervention. This develop intervention
activity at individual level. Efficacy is a dimension focus on implementation of success rates. In
that case, both positive and negative intervention activities are developed at individual level.
Adoption is another factor that focus on proportion of settings, plans as well as practices that will
be applied to develop intervention activities at organizational level (Hoerger, Epstein, Winters,
