of different techniques the health living can be encouraged. By the program Ayesha wants to

are high in vitamins and mineral. In all they should intake a balance diet. Routine of a person can
be defined as the set of activities and tasks which they perform on daily basis. It may include at
what timings they wake up, what food they take in breakfast, lunch & dinner, sleeping, things
they do in their leisure time, duration of the working hours and other. These all things plays a
key role in deciding their health status(Korda and Itani, 2013). Whatever factors are related to
the routine should be identified and a guidelines to the teens should be given stating whether
these elements will be useful for them or not. There are lots of teenagers are suffering from
obesity and the reason behind this is their unusual lifestyle or routine. They have some bad food
habits and it is observed that foods which contains more sugar and salt will bring fat to the
individuals. They also need to change their way of taking food and their parents should be well
aware that what food they are giving to their children.
Health beliefs of a person shows its health behaviour. This mat depict the condition of a
single individual or a all community. Obesity is the issue which has been discussed and Ayesha
in his awareness campaign is targeting the teenager. Health Belief Model can be used to guide
health promotion and disease prevention programs(Lewis, 2015). Ayesha can use this as it is a
useful model which focus on individual beliefs about health conditions which shows his health

3.2 Conflicts that Ayesha will encounter with the local fast food industry on health promotion.
Ayesha during the health promotional campaigns will face a lot of issues and the most
noticeable one will be the conflict which she will encounter with the local fast food industry.
This is the industry which will never want to carry out such campaigns because with this their
market and profits will go down. Fast food is the biggest enemy of the healthy living and the
teenagers are much attracted to it. Most of the teenagers who are facing the problem of obesity
had this problem due to their fast food eating habit(Lloyd-Jones and et.al., 2010). Ayesha will be
definitely highlighting the issue of this and will suggest teens top consume fast food at minimum
level. NHS and other health care related organisation will support her movement of banning fast
food stalls near schools and youth centres. This will reduce their market and new laws will
restrict to a particular place only.
With this, NHS is planning to put a sugar tax of about 20% and they are also banning the
advertisements, price promotions for the unhealthy food in hospitals and other health centers.
This will have a great impact on the market share of the local fast food industry. But they also
have to look that the government gets a big income from these industries. In order to resolve the
issue both government and companies can sit together and can ask them to bring products or
items which are not harmful for health. Beattie Health model is the other one which is used to
