Ottawa Charter on Health Promotion has suggested that there are three strategies or
intervention that could be health promotion such as advocate, enable and mediate. Likewise, it
can be stated that good health is important for quality life and major source for economic,
personal development and society. There are range of factors such as political, social and

reduction in differences in current health status by ensuring equal distribution of resources,
access to health to maximum number of people living within society. Mediate- at last coordinate
action must be taken by all such as governments, healthcare organisation and others to promote

needs of employees. Hence, the key workplace health program strategies are organising the
training session or education classes to generate awareness among employees about importance
of health. Introducing tobacco-free campus policy for promoting healthy behaviour, employee
health insurance coverage and healthy work environment and recognizing or awaring employees
about health and safety threats are various steps that are used by organisation to promote health
of employees working in the organisation (O’Reilly and et.al., 2018). Another best example
pertaining to health promotion is that government has make it compulsory for all the individual
or tourist to have vaccinated before travelling in airplane in context of covid-19. This step has
helped in ensuring their health and well being or protected them from much affected because of
high spread of coronovirus across worldwide.
From the above analysis, it can be stated that both the health promotion are important in
the society such as work health safety program contribute in ensuring that all employees are
