Lifespan development investigate about the changes and mature with the conception to
death. It is related with the psychology where studied about the developmental psychologists
(Parker, Aggleton and Perez-Brumer, 2016). For the life long development conduct scientific
studies across three development domains such as cognitive development, physical and
psychological. These development impact on the health and well being activities. At the different
stages of the lifespan people feel weak and face different types of disease. Through health
promotion provide solutions to different types of people to face health problems through society
like obesity, lack of exercise and health services. In this essay mainly focused on the 40 to 45
stage of the lifespan where required to people proper treatment.
BACKGROUND
During the stage of 40 to 45 of the lifespan face many disease which is impact on the
health. These disease are Hypertension and Cholesterol, Osteoporosis, Diabetes, Ache & pains
etc. These are influencing on the In the age stage people do not work fastly and keep many
precaution to maintain health activities continuously perfect, focus on diet and many other
activities. At this age people experience of pain, stress and precaution from the junk food. If
people do not aware of health issues so it impact in negative manner and increase. The diabetic
disease categorised into type 1 and type 2. The Type 1 occur in the age of childhood when young
adults require to treatment with insulin injections. In the Type 2 diabetes tends to develop in the
middle age or in older adults. This type of disease mainly connected with the overweight in the
40 to 45 age and eat junk food which is not good for health (Langdon and et.al, 2016).
MAIN BODY
There are selecting one health problem which is experienced at the stage of 40 to 45 in
the lifespan. The health problem of Diabetic mainly started from the age of 30 when people do
not focus on the health activities and on diet. It is occurred when immune system and the body's
system fight with the infection, attacks and destroys the beta cells of the pancreas. The reason of
the diabetes generate due to genes and environmental factors like viruses that impact on the
trigger disease. It is a chronic sickness that happen when the pancreas is no longer. It influence
about the 29.1 million people in United states and take position of 7th as leading reason of death.
It increase risk of heart disease as well as stroke. It is required to focus on the high blood

pressure and cholesterol because it is linked with the diabetes. For this purpose require to take
medicine on daily basis, do not eat sugar and smoking impact on the heart. The extra blood sugar
in diabetes can bring disturbance in the blood container in the whole body and become reason of
complications. It is directly impact on the kidney, eyes, nerves and other body parts and create
reason of the heart attack and stroke (Hartwig and Mason, 2016).
As per the increase numbers of older people and the number of people who have
overweight and expected that there will be more than half as many people (Hayes, Maughan and
Grant-Peterkin, 2016). According to chart it is understanding that in the age of 40 to 49 people
have diabetic problem and due to increase age this problem also increase and become reason of

In the context of the different theories of nature and nurture, understand that natures

strength and weakness regarding to outcomes and some what continues of the range in the

(Corcoran and Ahmad, 2016). Diabetes is a increasing problem in the world and become critical
disease that face by the world. It arise in the body when not function properly and not
metabolised maintain properly. It is a serious medical issue because it is found that about 9% of
population have some type of diabetes. In this essay conduct research on the nature or nurture
theory that impact on the compression and development of the diabetes condition in people. The
insulin Harmon developed in the pancreas through specific cells that known as the bet cells. As a
result pancreas is below and buttocks the stomach. To move the blood sugar required to insulin
for the energy used. Most of the people face of the Type 2 diabetes due to increase of fat, muscle
cells and lever when do not respond adequately due to low of insulin.
The Cultural theory indicate that that the seminar can organise in the different
organisation to provide the knowledge of the different disease and diabetic one of them. If on
time does not control it so it become serious and impact on the health functions. For this purpose
require to get proper knowledge from the Doctor and take medicine on time to control this issue
and face the challenges (Gahagan and Colpitts, 2017).

problems that face different disease. In the age of 40 to 45 mostly people have diabetic problem
