 This talk reflects on the advancement of wellness
and on the enhancement of wellbeing.
 This paper addresses the importance of health
promotion, the position of health promotion and
finally health promotion policies (Mhurchu, Aston,
& Jebb, 2010).

What is health promotion
 Promotion of wellbeing helps people to increase
their own wellness regulation.
 This involves a wide variety of social and
environmental programs to enhance and maintain
the health of people and quality of life through
detecting and reducing illness sources, not just
detection and treatment.

WHAT IS NOT HEALTH PROMOTION
 Many healthcare workers use the words to
describe the same thing interchangeably. Some
clinicians may see the' difference' between them
as semanticizers, particularly those who operate
in insurance and health care environments.
 In reality, learning must be followed by a shifting
outlook and an awareness of how behavior or
attitudes will shift to truly participate in health-
education. There was a misunderstanding. The
promotion of health includes the creation of
certain services that promote the implementation
or retention of improved health initiatives.

Promoting health to the non- heath professionals
Health promotion involves action:
 To educate citizens of what they should do in order to be safe, and that they can
help them resolve issues in the environment that have more impact on safety and
well-being.
