INTRODUCTION
Health is the ability to manage and adopt physical, mental and social challenges
throughout the life. Along with this, health promotion enables people for enhancing their control
over their own health. This is covers the wide scope of social and environment inferences which
are designed to get benefit and also protect individual people's health and quality of life. It will
addressing and preventing the root of cause which is not only focus on treatment and cure. Most
of the organization promoting their health services by providing their patients best facilities in
proper manner. Health promotion need policy makers in all over the government department for
developing health more precious (Abraham and et. al., 2011). It will help in increasing the
quality of life for all the people. This is mainly focus on prevention, reduction of cost which are
spend by individual, employees, families, medical facilities, communities on medical treatment.

government bodies of UK that includes Tobacco advertising and promotion act 2002, The Health
Act 2009 which assist them in reducing number of smokers in public places (Arnold and Boggs,
2015). Along with this, there are some promotion of anti smoking strategies which has been
developed by government. Legislation measures involves Tobacco advertising and promotion
act, 2002 which is made that banned both direct and indirect promotion of commodity which are
associated with tobacco. The Health Act 2009 is the another legislation law which has been made
by government bodies of UK which is restricted in all the future advertising relates to publicity
of tobacco.
Along with this, financing Anti smoking campaigns involves educating which help in
motivating people for make changes in their behaviour that is being considered as one of the
crucial factor which are required to be developed. The main motive of this campaign is to make
people aware towards health issues of smoking is a campaign smoking which is made by

are different routines which are provided as under:
Hygiene practices are the essential practice of hygiene in day to day life of a person. The
main advantages which are available is that it can lead towards minimum infection and also
improved condition of an individual. In addition to this, smoking have a main hindrance of ideal
hygiene of a person which causes major impact on oral hygiene and smell that can highlighted by
mouth washes and deodorants. Exercises can be considered as one of the vital segment of routine
that is called for reducing stress and increasing entire physical appearances of an individual.
Exercises are known for eliminating huge risk factors which are being manifested by habit of
smoking like depression, diabetes and heart diseases.
Along with this, healthy eating can be determined as other routine which assist in
promoting health of a person (Blais and et. al., 2015). The healthy eating increasing immunity
due to this they are properly satisfy their nutritional requirement of the human body. It is
