terms of health. The purpose behind this theory is to link the relationship between individual
person, environment and disease. These are needed to be surrounded by various factors that have
an impact on health. In addition to this, it is enclosed by various factors which can influence the
health.
In the first layer model proposed by Dahlgren and Whitehead is relates to the personal
behaviour and it will be inclusive of those methods which will be helpful in terms to promote
one health (The Dahlgren-Whitehead rainbow. 2018).
The anther layer of this model defined as that is created by community in terms to

term it can be said that this all can be achieved with the help of establishing the methods as are
efficient goal clarification, appropriate behaviours of the individuals. Thus, as per Watson nurse
patient relationship is relationship of transpersonal human. In this, most of the health problems

the health.
3. Tudor-Hart’s concepts and possible barriers to access health care
The Inverse care law is states as availability of good medical trend's and works as to
inverse as per the need for the population served. It operates in the completely manner where
care of medical is largely exposed to the forces of market. This kind of concern arises from the
deeper view about the distribution in terms to the health (Edelman, Mandle and Kudzma, 2017).
Under this term it can be stated that variation in relation to actors outside the control of NHS and
it is inclusive as are lifestyle, genetic and environmental consideration etc. In this Tudor hart did
not take any step in relation to the evidence to support the hypothesis. There are number of
proofs from the routine health service data. Under this term quality of treatment in the general
practice of disease as are asthma is need to be show inadequate and unauthorised.
