Health promotion is referred to the process in which
people are inspire to increase their control and improve
their own health. This includes wide variety of social and
environmental interventions that benefits individuals by
protecting their health and providing quality life by
addressing and preventing root causes of ill health, not
only focusing on cure and treatment. This brochure will
include key elements of health promotion which is crucial
for patients and others. It will also include information

people need to acquire knowledge, skills and information.
Healthy cities: The strong commitment and
leadership at municipal level can ensure healthy cities as
they can formulate preventive measure in communities and
provide primary health care facilities

I am a registered nurse and has been taking care of
Rosa Antonio, which is 83-year-old and is living in
Residential Aged Care Facility (Nursing Home). She
is suffering from Alzheimer, which is a mental
condition that destroys memory and mental
functionality. As a care taker it is my duty to enable
