In this span of life, the event which happens and can impact on health
on the individual is stress (Pakos‐Zebrucka, and et. al., 2016)
(Seaward, 2017). It is a feeling of physical and emotional tension and

nervous and frustrated. In the middle childhood span of life, there are
so many tensions due to which people take stress which is the normal

Intervention to Address the Issue
For managing the chronic stress in an appropriate way, cognitive

individuals of middle adulthood age in coping up with the stress

and Farnier, 2020). This is the most appropriate intervention as
