c) Describe and evaluate how behavioural factor may have contributed to Zac’s physical
health or illness.
Behavioural factors are consider as those factors which are stemming from the human
behaviour. This might may happen due to personality the specific situation or by the reaction
to specific environment. Behavioural factor mainly showcase an individual behaviour or habit
that what to do that make them happy (Arden and Chilcot, 2020). On the other hand there are
several behavioural risk factors such as tobacco smoking, drinking alcohol and many others.
There are numbers of situation occur in which a person physical health get impacted due to
their behaviour factors. In the case of Zac he lost his job and he is worried about his future
and how he has no source of finance. There are several aspects which show behaviour factors
of Zac which impact on his physical health or illness such as he and his friend has fast food
eating habit due to which Zac experienced several health issues. Moreover he also have
behaviour of taking cocaine as he think it make him confident as well as he consider cocaine
as the safe source. In addition to this Zac have also habit of taking alcohol on regular basis
due to which his mother is scared that he also die with cancer like his father. Zac know about
that all these thinks are dangerous for him as he went for the rehab centre several month ago
but him return to his habit in few weeks. It is generally happen because of his behaviour
factors as he think taking cocaine as well as alcohol make him confident and it is the safe
source. Due to this habit respective person get impact on the physical health as alcohol as
well as cocaine directly impact on a mental health of a person which also hamper the physical
strength. It is generally take place because alcohol as well as cocaine damage internal body
parts like liver, brain, lungs, stomach and so on due to which a person not able to understand
his condition which affect its physical health. It is so because a person is experiencing several
health issues such as slurred speech, lungs infection, liver damage, pancreatitis damage,
stomach distress and so on. Due to person physical condition get impacted that he not able to
stand as well as walk independently (Marshall and et. al., 2020). In addition to this, the above
mentioned behaviour factors of Zac related to in taking of cocaine, alcohol and fast food on
regular basis leads to several physical illness such as injuries, mental health issues,
overweight or obesity, less physical active and so on. So it is essential for Zac to understand
taking cocaine, alcohol and fast food not making him strong as it affected their physical
health condition.

health or illness.
Social or cultural factor is considered as aspects which related to a person though,
feeling and behaviour. A person social factors showcase that from where that individual
belongs as well as what is his or her background. There are numbers of social or cultural
factors which related to a person health such as income, education or qualification, housing,
access to the proper medical care and many more. In the case of Zac his father died with
cancer due to which he never smoke but he take alcohol, cocaine and fast food on regular
basis which affect his health negatively (Moss-Morris and Segerstrom, 2020). Zac is going
toward respective way when he lost his job and he is worried about the income source as well
as his career. He always been a competitive person who do struggle and hard work to get
promotion but when he started taking cocaine he feel more confident as well as it also seen
him as a safe source. Due to which his health condition get impacted and he started
experiencing several health issue such as pain in stomach as well as chest. The social factor
like economic condition is not strong of Zac due to which he is not able to get proper
treatment of their diseases which affect their physical health as due to stomach ace Zac not
able to do physical activities. Another social aspect i.e. family background is also not too
strong of Zac due to which he not able to attain medical treatment as well as whenever he had
money he waste in taking cocaine as well as alcohol. Due to which medical condition of Zac
get impacted and not improving.
