P4 PLAN A RISK ASSESSMENT FOR A SELECTED ADMINISTRATIVE WORK
ENVIRONMENT
This is the process of the identification of the hazards that could negatively impact an
organization's ability to conduct business. For these kinds of hazards, the director should
more attentive towards the risk which can take place in the organization and also plan for
how to reduce this risk from the organization. There is no specific format of the risk
assessment which has to be done in a workplace because there are so many organizations
which work for the different fields for different purposes. According to the organization, the
safety steps take place like as ASDA is a shop of the groceries, clothing, furniture etc. so the
safety majors should be there like as a fire extinguisher, water tank, gas tank should not be
in a form of leakage. If anyone of the organization doesn't know about the risk assessment
then the organization can put their employees in the danger zone. There should be the
safety measures present in the organization like as the first-aid-box so this is very helpful for
the employees if an employee is having any health problem, worker damaged by some
machines at that time the first-aid-box will very helpful in the organization. The safety
measures will reduce the uncertainties or the risk in the future. All the organization wants to
reduce the risk from their business because risk gives the loss to the organization may be in
the future the many machines will not work properly, there are so many things by which the
uncertainties of the risk can take place in the organization Greim, (2018).
In the organization there should be the health and safety measures should be monitored in
a proper manner so the safety measures can continuously change. In the organization of the
ASDA, there should be the proper monitor on the measures of the safety because this is the
company of the groceries, clothing, online food etc. gas tank should not be in the form of
the leakage. There are so many precautions which the organization should take care of.
There are various ways by which safety measures can reduce. There are so many
uncertainties in each and every organization which is also dangerous to the public, markets
near about the organization because a single spark of the fire can take place it creates the
chance for the big one. The organization should be more conscious about the precautions of

the risk which can take place in the organization. Health and the safety measures of the
employees is playing a very crucial role for the organization because once an employee of
the organization get in touch with the harm at that time the organization can decrease the
inventory, or may in any other case the organization can lose the employees because no one
wants to do the work in danger zone without safety. Safety is a big major for the
organization by which is monitor by the department of the organization Mangiacapra,
(2012).
There are many factors by which the risk can be carried out, which are mention below with
the following diagram:-
IDENTIFY THE RISK FACTOR:-This is the first step to carry out the risk in the organization. In
this part, the organization should analyse the unwanted uncertainties of the organization.
The organization should observe the reports of the organization through the newspaper,
doing the survey in the markets, by the economic news which give the idea to the other
organizations can also take the precautions about the unhampered things in the
organization and get to know about the unwanted events.
