describe about if there is any leakage occur at Chemical factor it will impact on
employees health so it is essential for respective company management to conduct proper
evaluation of workplace on time to time so that they identify leakage and fix it at proper
time (Bibby, 2017).
 The CLP regulation: It is established or formed in year 2009. In respect of this it is
necessary for respective company to conduct proper classification, labelling and
packaging of each and every product so that staffs get know which is dangerous chemical
and which is not.

work in safely and proper manner.

While I am working at Johnson Matthe I get to know that there are various risk which
may occur at respective place such as leakage of gas, blast, composition of two wrong chemical
and many more. So it is essential for respective place management as well as staffs to take care
of condition of all equipments which help in avoiding hazardous situation. Along with this it is
responsibility of respective company employer to train their staffs how to avoid respective
situation as well as how to handle respective situation. This is so because through it employers as
well as employees both get affected.
2.2 Use equipment or tools safely in workplace
There are several tools as well as equipments which are used in order to maintain health
and safety situation at workplace such as correct equipments, first aid and many more. In respect
of Johnson Matthe there are various tools as well as equipments which they adopt in order to
avoid hazardous situation and maintaining safety situation (Hogan and Foster, 2013). For
example they fix proper fire extrusion in order to deal with fire and they also fix fire alarm which
they them in alerting all staffs about fire. Along with this they also maintain first aim facilities in
order to deal any mishappining occur at particular situation. The respective company conduct
