CONCLUSION
As per the above mentioned report, it has been analysed that health and safety plays very
important role while performing hazardous work in the organisation. While performing any
difficult task, it is very necessary for the manager to provide healthy and safety measures. With
the help of this, they will be able to perform their assigned task effectively with the help of safety
measures. In this report it has also been identified that there are some legal requirements,
regulations and laws which need to followed by every organisation in order to maintain their
sustainability at the competitive marketplace for a longer period of time. Apart from this, it has
also been mentioned in this report that what are the requirements in order to develop healthy and
safe work environment with the help of physical environment and equipments. As well as this
report identifies various roles and responsibilities of employer and employee working within the
organisation. This as a result, will aid them in performing their task in an effective and essential
manner. At last it has also been examined that, there is a plan for risk assessment within the
working organisation.
