From the above report it has been concluded that the Philosophy and approaches of health
and safety at workplace. In this essay it has defined the internal and external organisational
drivers and their risk assessment in the organisation. Moreover, it has been terminated that
legislation Acts and the regulation in health and safety and their risk management, there were
various type of laws that has been considered queries, factories and mines. As well as the
regulations which adequate heating, lighting, ventilation at workplace for their safety.
Furthermore, this has been ended accident and improvement in safety as a workplace and their
approaches to safety management.
