significance of handling and moving equipments appropriately.

Slips, burns, misuse of equipments, choking, trips and falls are the different categories
of accidents occur own health and safety care work setting.
Along with this, allergies, bugs, convulsions, asthma, fainting, food poisoning,
influenza and cardiac arrest are the types of illness that may also occur while setting
health and social care work.

my role in supporting and reducing chances of spreading infection abiding by all

Fire cause injury, damage and death, therefore it is very essential that all people
understand about prevention.
Keeping heat and fuel apart from place where food is prepared, keeping workplace
tidy and clean, avoid use naked flames unless essential, do not smoke and use fire
tools in workplace, do not leave food preparing unattended and do not use portable
heaters (Lartey, Cummings and Profetto‐McGrath, 2014).
Use fire safety and prevention equipments after spreading fire such as fire blankets
and fire extinguisher.

work setting
On identifying a fire, employer and other people raise the alarm by shouting fire and

Some time I face difficulty to remembers something essential that is the indicator of
stress which effect my life the most. I cannot be able to concentrate on my work while
doing job in health and social care sector.
Constant worrying, anxious thoughts, agitation, moodiness, anger, loneliness and
other metal problems are the symptom of stress in other.

There are different types of factors which can affect to employee at workplace which
causes affect in negative manner (Di Fabio, 2017). Those factors which are the causes
of stress such as increasing financial problem, cultural difference, emotional problem
and job insecurity. This creates more problem in ineffective manner by creating more
risk of people which is affect to health of people.

Compare strategies for managing stress in self and others.
There are various strategies which help to manage stress in self and others in effective
manner by managing in an effective manner. Those strategies are can avoid stressful
situation and try to alter, change the stressor and change yourself, take a break form
the stressor, breathing is the fast foundation to de stress and heal, be aware about the
yourself unhealthy coping.

The source of support are speaking with manager, reducing your workload, taking
time off to relax and recharge, spending more money and time with friends as well as
