very necessarty for the carrying out of the different operations that help in increasing the
operations of the helath and soacial care. This will helpin the generation of the vital inforation
that will facilitate the functions of the operations and meeting of the targeted goals and
operations in a ebtyetr way. It will facilitate a good rise in the compatability and meeting of the
targeted operations that are bem followed by the organisation. The planning of the bettter care
measures will help the firm to buiilsd a good relation between the employee's patients and oithers
support staff with a helath and soial car setting (Nel And et.al., 2015). This will also help the
organisation to effective decide the future policies and actions and handle the activities within
the enterprises in an effective manner. Thus, the proper development and management of the
policies and perocedures are needed to be maintained in an effective mainatinance of the
operations. The proper planning will help in the effective plannning of the operations that will
help in the better rise in the quality and satisfaction of the clients that will help in the proper risae

development of the operations. Many factors are been taken in consideration by the enterprise
and thus acknowledging one aspect is quite critical and difficult. However, the main and most
basic aspect of the health and social care setting is the cleanlinesses and hygiene. Maintaining of
the proper cleanlinesses and hygiene will not only help in prevention of various diseases and
their spread at the health care home, but will also help in improving the reliability and effective
management of the operations by the firm that will help in suitable rise in capability and meeting
of the targeted goals and objectives that will help in suitable rise in operations and meeting of the
actions in a better way (Waterson, 2016).
It will also help in developing of the healthy environment that will help in the better
