Different group of people have differed moral, custom, belief, values etc. Culture can be
defines as systematic knowledge of particular group which is shared by their society members or
large group of people. It is the cultivated behaviour of persons which is learned by experience or
transmitted society (Senthil, Anandh and Kalpana, 2015).
Importance to develop a strong health and safety culture
It is very important to develop health and safety culture in health and social care
setting. Morale enhancement: By developing good culture in the health care organization,
employer will be able to increase morale of medical professionals . By this way they will
be able to perform well and will serve quality services to patients. If a firm is having
motivated staff members then it will be able to accomplish its objective to great extent. Increase communication: By developing positive culture in the workplace care home
will be able to make effective coordination in the organization. Thus, by this way
practitioners will be able to interest well with each other and with patients which is very
important to provide quality services to service user. It will help to identify the actual
situation of patients thus, medical professionals will be able to deliver such treatment
which can improve their health as soon as possible (Gandhi and Pinzani, 2015).
