 It is an acronym which stands for workplace health and safety
management systems
 It ensures health and safety of employees and workers by
placing new rules
 Higher safety of employees will induce productivity and
efficiency of an entity
 It helps in reduces injuries at the workplace by placing first
aid kit box
 The safety work environment will be provided to all the
employees
 Opportunities in the business will be increasing by
implementing safety systems

Summary
The organizational policies is essential which needs to be
executed at the workplace in order to improves the
performance of newly recruited employees. The health and
safety of all the employees will be maintained from the
very beginning when an employee admitted in the business
by asking medical certificate of a candidate. The contract
of the firm will focuses on the health and safety of an
individual. This is essential as good health of person will
ensure higher productivity of the firm.

will visit the working premises at any time in the working
hours. The inspection done by these officers will provide
licensing of operating business.
